Padova – Palazzo del Bo e Palazzo S. Stefano

The Department of Private Law and Legal Critique at the University of Padua is organizing a conference to discuss family law fifty years after the reform.
The event will take place on June 5 and 7, 2025, at Palazzo S. Stefano, while on June 6 it will be in the Aula Magna of Palazzo del Bo in Padua.
After the institutional greetings from Prof. Daniela Mapelli, Rector of the University of Padua, and Prof. Manlio Miele, Director of the Department, the conference will open with an introductory presentation by Prof. Marcello Maggiolo (University of Padua).
The conference will proceed in thematic sessions, with contributions from numerous speakers, including Prof. Francesco Astone.
